Lemon Love Notes

Crust:

1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Combine above ingredients and pat into an 8X8 pan.
Bake 15 minutes @ 350 degrees

Filling:
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
2-3 tbsp real lemon concentrate
Mix above ingredients and pour on top of baked crust. Bake 25 minutes @350 degrees.

Let cool 10-15 minutes before icing.

Icing:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp butter melted
1 1/2 tsp milk
vanilla

I pour the icing on and then turn the pan around to cover the whole top.

I usually double the recipe and use a 13X9 pan
