1 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. AP flour
1 t. soda
2 t. vanilla
1/4 t. salt.
2 c. chocolate chips (optional)
Mix dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix together butter, peanut butter, white and brown sugars and eggs. Add in dry ingredients. Mix in vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips.
Spread into greased 15 X 10 jelly roll pan. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
Glaze/frosting
Boil these together for one minute:
6 T. butter
6 T. milk
1 1/2 c. Sugar
Remove from heat.
Add:
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Spread over warm blondies.
