Reuben Dip

2 packages of softened cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
3 packages of thinly sliced and chopped corned beef
1/2 - 3/4 can of shredded sauerkraut
add chopped onion to taste

Mix all ingredients together bake at 325 until heated through.
Serve with rye bread or crackers.
