Hashbrown Casserole

2 lbs. Hashbrown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 med. onion, chopped finely
1/2 t. salt
pepper, to taste
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Mist baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix ingredients together and bake in 13 X 9 casserole dish.

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 stick of melted butter

Sprinkle topping over potato mixture.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
